2020

When the world closed down in 2020 because of the coronavirus pandemic, it dawned on everyone around us that there might come a moment when we would be obliged to stay only on property we own. Nothing history had not seen before — but for today’s generations a reminder that a fallback plan, a “back door”, is no longer science fiction but reality. Many people began looking for a place to rest their head without having to spend all their time in the cities where they work and live.

The idea

That is the moment our own idea was born: why not try to help those people. Having spent roughly ten years in the domestic property market, it was clear to us that going abroad was the direction we wanted to take.

First-hand

We tried searching beyond our borders several times ourselves — and we were not satisfied with the service we received.

Our path

So we put together our real-estate experience, added language, local and marketing know-how, and set out on our own path: helping fulfil dreams in the form of a property abroad.

Over the years we have helped many of you find a dream property that started as nothing more than an idea. Together, we turned it into reality.

So who is behind the zanepro brand?

Začínala jsem s úklidem v penzionu mých rodičů na jihu Čech, studovala, hrála volejbal, žila rok v Kanadě, až jsem se dostala do Prahy na pozici backoffice manažerky v jedné z největších cateringových společností v Čechách. Zvládla jsem přivézt na svět dvě krásné holčičky a po mateřské dovolené (nevím, proč se jí říká dovolená!) jsem se mohla naplno ponořit do světa zahraničních realit, k čemu mu dopomohla moje záliba v cestování.

Mám ráda rostbeaf od svého tatínka, vajíčka na míchano od svého manžela a klid od svých dvou holčiček.

Nemám ráda neupřímnost!

Začínal jsem jako přidavač u zedníka, rozvážel cizince po Evropě a pár let jsem skákal na palubovce a oblékal dres Jihostroje. Po vysoké škole jsem chytil „laso“ z Prahy a již zhruba přes deset let se věnuji tuzemskému realitnímu trhu. Společná záliba v cestování s manželkou a touha po objevování mě přiměla podívat se na nemovitosti i přes naše hranice.

Mám rád buřty na pivu s nivou od své mamínky, pálivé nudličky s hranclema od tchána, úsměv svých dvou princezen a klid od manželky.

Nemám rád nespolehlivost a neochotu!
