We process the data you give us yourself: name, email, phone and the content of your message or brief. During a collaboration this may extend to data required to broker a property and to meet our legal obligations.

The site collects no data you have not actively given us, beyond the technical data required to run it.

Data from the contact form is used solely to reply to you and prepare a proposal — that is, for pre-contractual negotiation and on the basis of your consent.

We may also process it to perform a contract, to meet obligations under Czech real-estate brokerage and anti-money-laundering law, and to protect our legitimate interests.

An enquiry that does not lead to a collaboration is kept for up to 24 months from the last exchange. Data on completed transactions is kept for the period required by law, normally 10 years.

We never sell your data. We pass it on, only as far as necessary for your transaction, to the partners involved — foreign real-estate partners, lawyers, notaries, banks and translators — and to the email and IT providers that process data on our behalf.

For properties outside the EU this may involve a transfer to a third country, always limited to what your transaction requires.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time at info@zanepro.cz, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out until then.

If you feel we handle your data incorrectly, please come to us first. You may also complain to the Czech Data Protection Authority, Pplk. Sochora 27, Prague 7.
